A health coach that remembers you
Say your day in plain words, or snap your plate. Moraine keeps the journal, shows a chip for every entry it writes, and turns your weeks into one clear focus at a time.
Say it, or snap it
A sentence logs a meal. A photo logs a plate, with numbers you can check.
Chat like a friend. “Had scrambled eggs for breakfast” becomes a journal entry, and a chip under the reply shows exactly what was written. Nothing happens behind your back.
Photograph your plate. Every item is identified with portions and macros. Where a food matches our reference database (USDA plus Bulgarian staples), the estimate is replaced with ✓ verified numbers, and the rest stays marked as an estimate.
You confirm, it logs. Toggle items, adjust portions, then save. Nothing reaches your journal until you say so, and the photo itself is deleted right after analysis.

Wrong? Say so.
“Actually it was two pieces of toast” updates this morning's entry — no forms, no hunting for the row. The chip under the reply is the receipt: what changed, where it went, tap it to see the entry.
A record you can correct in passing is a record you'll still be keeping in March.
On Sunday, it adds up
Once a week your journal becomes the Sunday Pulse: weight against your goal line, sleep, wins, and one focus for next week. The numbers are computed from your record; the coach only writes the words around them.
Progress you'd never notice day to day shows up every Sunday. When a week is too thin to judge, it says so instead of guessing.
How Sunday Pulse worksA quietly strong week
Sleep steadied, and protein landed on target four days out of seven.
💡 Hydration only made it into the journal twice — worth a mention when you grab a glass.

However you want to do this
Keep it simple, or go as deep as you like.
Feel better, no obsessing
Just chat about your day. It logs the details and checks in with a gentle nudge when you need one.
Or go deep
Recovery, Activity, and Nutrition trends over 7, 30, or 90 days — HRV, resting heart rate, sleep stages, macros against personalized targets, weight against your goal line.
A coach with a full toolkit
Sleep & steps, hands-free
The Moraine app for iPhone and Android reads Apple Health and Health Connect — sleep, HRV, steps, workouts and weight arrive on their own. Anything you log yourself always wins over imported data.
About health syncRecipes for your kitchen
Tell it what equipment you own and it only suggests meals you can actually make — matched to your goals, with per-serving macros, saved to your library.
About kitchen recipesTargets with reasoning
A short guided chat computes evidence-based calorie and macro targets, explains the why, and saves them only when you agree. Your rings fill against them from then on.
Your record stays yours
These four aren't policy language. Each one is enforced in the code:
Meal photos are deleted right after analysis
The photo exists just long enough to be analyzed, then it is removed from storage — whether or not the analysis succeeded.
Chat clears, your journal doesn’t
The chat is a scratchpad and clears after 7 days. Everything you log lives in your journal until you remove it.
Export or delete everything, yourself
One tap downloads your complete record as JSON. One (typed) confirmation deletes your account, data and files — no support ticket.

“I got my energy back, and this time it stuck.”
My husband and I built Moraine after it changed how I take care of myself as a busy mom. It keeps track of the details for me and remembers everything I've told it, so I can just get on with my day.
