Terms of Service

Medical Disclaimer
This application is not a replacement for professional medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your doctor or qualified healthcare provider before making any health-related changes, including changes to diet, exercise, or medication. The information provided by our AI is for educational and informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Moraine (“the Service”) is operated by “Hypeform” Ltd („Хайпформ” ЕООД), UIC/EIK 206467190, Sofia, Bulgaria (“we”, “us”). By accessing and using the Service, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service has a free tier that stays free. Some features are part of a paid subscription, described in section 2.
2. Subscriptions, Billing and Cancellation
Who you buy from.Paid subscriptions are sold through Stripe’s Managed Payments, which means Stripe (trading as Link) is the merchant of record and the seller for that transaction. Link takes the payment, remits any VAT, and sends your receipts and invoices. Charges appear on your statement as LINK.COMfollowed by our name. Subscriptions bought inside the iOS app are sold by Apple through the App Store; Apple is the seller for those, and they are managed, renewed and cancelled through your Apple ID settings, subject to Apple’s terms.
Prices and renewal. Prices are shown on the Upgrade page in euro and include VAT where it applies, so the amount displayed is the amount you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period — monthly or yearly, as chosen at checkout — until cancelled. If we take part in a promotion (for example a discounted founding-member price), the price you paid at sign-up continues to apply for as long as your subscription stays active without interruption.
Cancelling. You can cancel at any time through link.com, where your orders and subscriptions are managed, or from the Upgrade page in the app. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep paid access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not pro-rate part-used periods.
Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers). You normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. Because a subscription gives you immediate access to digital content, at checkout you are asked to consent to performance beginning straight away and to acknowledge that you then lose that 14-day right. If you did not receive access, or the Service does not work as described, contact us and you are entitled to a refund regardless.
Refunds and support. Payment and subscription questions are handled by Link support, which may issue a refund within 60 days of a transaction. For anything about the product itself, write to us at support@usemoraine.com.
Fair use.A paid subscription is for one person’s own use. “Unlimited” conversations are subject to reasonable daily limits that protect the Service from automated or abusive use; those limits are set well above normal personal use, and we will tell you if you are approaching one rather than cutting you off silently.
Price changes. We may change prices for future billing periods. We will tell you before a change affects you, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
