The week you actually had
Day to day, progress is invisible — that's why tracking feels pointless by week three. Once a week, Moraine turns your journal into a story you tap through in thirty seconds: what moved, what held, what deserves credit, and one thing to try next week.
Steady all week — the earlier dinners are doing quiet work.
What's in a Pulse
- 01
Cards for what you logged
Weight with your goal line, sleep, protein and calories against your targets, steps and active minutes — one card each, with the week's sparkline and how it compares. Cards only appear for what you actually tracked; nothing guilt-trips you about data you never logged.
- 02
Wins this week
Streaks and quiet improvements you'd never notice in a daily view — protein goals hit five days running, bedtime creeping earlier, a heavier week of workouts.
- 03
One focus for next week
Not a lecture — a single, specific suggestion drawn from your own record, with a button to talk it through with the coach.
Real numbers, narrated — never invented
This matters enough to say plainly: every figure in your Pulse — averages, trends, changes — is computed from your journal by ordinary code, and rendered exactly as computed. The AI writes the headline, the captions and the encouragement around the numbers, but it cannot touch the numbers themselves. A recap that flattered you with wrong math would be worse than no recap at all.
- Pulse needs a few logged days to be worth reading — with a thin week, it tells you so instead of padding.
- It arrives in-app (a banner when your week is ready). It will not spam your inbox or push-notify you into anxiety.
